Ed and his team went above and beyond from the moment they measured up our entire house for shutters. Ed was the friendliest and most obliging gentleman to deal with. They were professional and produced a high quality product that was competitive in price. It was a quick turnaround from when Ed measured up to when installation occurred. The shutters look classy and superb and totally transformed our house. I can totally vouch for Apex’s after service too – a couple of years after installation we had a little mishap with one blade on a window (due to a child mucking around and falling into it) I rang Ed straight away and he fixed the problem promptly, it was no hassle at all for him. In fact, one of his wonderful installers stopped by our house in Brisbane late one evening on his way back home to the Gold Coast to fix up our little mishap. I can not recommend Ed and his team highly enough. A wonderful team of people to deal with.
